Calm the Chaos and Quiet the Mind with the
21 Day NeuroMindSHIFT™ Practice
and Create Harmony from Within
Do you ever feel like you’ve disappeared inside your responsibilities?
Does your mind keep moving long after the day is done?
Do you carry tension you can’t quite name?
Are you longing for steadiness — not just relief, but something deeper?
Then you need the
21 Day NeuroMindSHIFT™ Practice
A practice of coming back to your center in the midst of everyday life
Most of us don’t struggle because life is chaotic.
We struggle because we never learned how to meet it.
The mind keeps running, the body tightens, and even when nothing urgent is happening — it still feels urgent inside.
So we try to push through, manage better, think harder…
and end up more exhausted than before.
Inner quiet isn’t found by escaping responsibility.
It’s found by learning how to return — in the middle of real life.
The NeuroMindSHIFT practice grew out of that need.
Not to remove stress, but to change your relationship to it.
You begin to notice earlier.
Pause sooner.
Breathe before reacting.
Over time the inner storm settles, not because life stopped,
but because you are no longer fighting it from within.
This is how calm becomes possible in ordinary days.
Not perfect days — real ones.
A quiet mind.
A steady body.
A life lived from center rather than pressure.
Here is what others are saying
“I love the NeuroMindSHIFT program. It is challenging, helpful and makes sense! Currently I am working on settling my worries and anxiety – and find the APB, and especially the “Fogging the Glass Breath” exercises very helpful – and THEY WORK!”
- Jennifer Cobb
“I found the “NeuroMindSHIFT” tools to be especially helpful to recharge and refocus quickly.”
- Elise Marentette, HR+ By Design
“Sharon’s communication on grounding is one of the best meditation experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! I am not a meditator and yet I was shown how to drop into myself with this unique method.”
- Diane Ditrick
I learned many techniques in Sharon’s presentation that I had not used before to decrease stress and refocus throughout my day. It was a really good presentation! I really enjoyed it and I am taking the ideas and inviting my staff to take a few minutes every day to use her “NeuroMindSHIFT” Strategies.

Begin the 21-Day Practice
The 21-Day NeuroMindSHIFT unfolds through a series of short daily emails.
Each one offers a reflection and a simple practice you can enter at your own pace.
Nothing to keep up with. Nothing to perform.
Over time you begin to notice earlier —
a breath before reacting,
a pause where there used to be tension,
a quieter mind in the middle of ordinary responsibilities.
Neuroscience would describe this as new patterns forming in the brain.
In lived experience, it feels like coming back to yourself.
The change is gentle but real —
less inner struggle,
more clarity in everyday moments,
and a growing sense that life is no longer rushing past you.
You’re welcome to begin whenever you feel ready.
Over 21 days you’ll receive short reflections and simple practices you can enter at your own pace.
Each one gently builds awareness, resilience, creativity, and connection — not by forcing change, but by helping you notice what is already happening within you.
This is not a coaching program or something to keep up with.
It is a rhythm you return to.
As attention softens and breath steadies, habits begin to shift naturally.
Energy returns.
The mind quiets.
Life feels more livable again.
A small daily doorway into a calmer way of being
You’re welcome to begin whenever it feels right.
This may be for you if…
You carry more in your mind than you can ever finish in a day.
You move from task to task yet rarely feel finished.
Your thoughts keep going even when the day is over.
You sense something in you is tired — not just physically, but inwardly — and you’re ready for a different way of living.
About the practice
The NeuroMindSHIFT is not something you perform once and move on from.
It becomes a rhythm you can return to.
As the practices become familiar, they begin to meet you in daily moments —
before reacting, while waiting, in the middle of conversation, at the end of the day.
Calm and clarity grow not from effort, but from repetition.
Where it comes from
This work has grown out of many paths — nursing, fitness and wellness leadership, spiritual care, and my own lived experience of rebuilding life after a life-altering accident.
It isn’t theory alone.
It is practice tested in real days, real bodies, and real limits.
Its purpose is simple:
to help you reconnect within yourself, with others, and with the Sacred presence that sustains you
As the practice grows
Along the way you’ll find a few optional companions available —
a short meditation guide, brief audio pauses, and a downloadable labyrinth.
They’re simply there whenever you want a little more support.

More Raving Reviews for Sharon’s NeuroMindSHIFT Practice
“It’s becoming increasingly noisy everywhere. It seems like I have less time to quiet my mind and pause. There is communication everywhere. We are turned on 24×7 literally. In this chaos, I have found myself seeking quiet and space…I have a desire to just separate from everything that is going on around me. When Sharon introduced me to the 21-day NeuroMindSHIFT, I can remember thinking, “when would I fit that in” and yet as she spoke of words like Harmony and Peace and Joy, I knew that I wanted to step into feeling more of those things. So, I took the leap of faith and I am so grateful for the habit of a daily pause with her program. Every day, I had the opportunity to learn a new insight or technique that would support me in creating a deeper connection to myself again. I’m so very grateful for the insights and the tools to embrace harmony as a way of living. Thank you so much, Sharon, for being who you are and helping people to create harmony in this hurry-up world.”
