The NeuroMindSHIFT™ Process

This is a process that increases the mind’s capacity to deal with anxiety and sense of overwhelm. It is a variety of tools and techniques that create long term change through the science of neuroplasticity, the ability to rewire and sculpt the brain, to help you think differently and then you begin to behave and feel differently. The ultimate outcome is to be steady, calm and mentally strong with unwavering inner balance.


The activities become an inherent part of your life that you will use again and again with little effort as the techniques gain “mind muscle memory” like that of a muscle that is exercised over time. It is essential to continually train this “mind muscle” and mindset. Daily use of parts of the process are advisable to remain confident, calm, inspired, and motivated.

As Zig Ziglar used to say, “People say that motivation does not last. Well yes that is true, but neither does bathing, and I highly recommend you do that on a daily basis!” Therefore, this is not simply a coaching program but a change of habits and behaviours to change your mind, because changing your mind really does change everything.

Come to the Farm! Take the steps to inner peace by walking the labyrinth and learn the secrets to harmony and focus right from the horses’ mouth!

This package includes 4 important steps:

Step 1 - Sharon meets with your group at your site

Step 2 - The Group comes to Sharon’s Farm

Step 3 - The Group completes the 21 Day NeuroMindSHIFT process

Step 4 - Sharon returns to your site to speak to the group to summarize and further reinforce what they’ve learned

Step 1 - Sharon will initially meet with your group to explain her theories and share some of the NeuroMindSHIFT strategies. She will prepare them for the retreat, answer any questions, and they can immediately start using some of the NeuroMindSHIFT strategies to turn chaos into calm.

Step 2 - Participants will retreat to Sharon’s farm where they will have more time to get to learn her principals and gain skills to de-stress, become resilient to life’s upsets, and re-new their energy and focus.

Key learning objectives of the farm visit include: overcoming obstacles, breaking through the mind traps, setting clear boundaries, non-verbal communication, teamwork, awareness, motivation, setting of intentions and follow through.

70% of adult learners who receive only traditional classroom training fail to apply their learning outside of the classroom.

The further you remove your people from their everyday routine and comfort zones, the more impact you will have with sharing new ideas in a meaningful way. The interactive experience with our horses supports implicit learning for retention and lasting change.

Participants will enjoy walking the labyrinth and gain a deep sense of calm as they spend time with the very horses that helped Sharon heal and become the powerful woman she is today.

Step 3 - After participants have had their day at the Farm, they will participate in the 21 Day NeuroMindSHIFT process to continue the integration of the new skills attained at the farm. In depth work boosts participants’ ability to de-stress quickly, gain resilience, renew energy, productivity.

Step 4 - Sharon returns to your organization to bring it all together for lasting change.
