In this next week I am beginning a new experience. I will be renting an office from SOAR Innovations in the Daily Planet building in Chatham.
This will be the first time since my accident that I will be leaving the house on a regular basis to be part of a larger community.
I am excited to be part of a busier centre and leave the chaos of my home behind!
Oh, I know you say, “Chaos in your home, Sharon?”
This is best summed up with a sign I recently purchased that says, “My daily agenda. Let dogs in, let dogs out, let dogs in, let dogs out!” lol.
I love my dogs, and my horses, and my family, but when it comes to setting boundaries and focusing on my own needs I often sacrifice my own sanity.
But you say, “Sharon – You are the Queen of Calm!”
Yes, I am! And that’s because in that chaos I use the NeuroMindSHIFT™techniques every hour of every day.
My go to regime, the APB taking 3 – 5 breaths, getting up from my desk, standing in my hero pose, and then moving to some music to increase my energy, improve my mood and shake off the cobwebs that have gathered in my mind.
You’re right! That could be a bit embarrassing with a group of people watching!
Only Good Vibrations
Yet, as I improve my mood and increase my energy, I create a synergy and coherence that will improve my work, my connection to the people who are in that office, and feel much more focused!
Funny enough, this is using Quantum physics to alter my results! (Ooooooh Science of the NeuroMindSHIFT™)
Over the next few weeks, I will be sharing with you all of the fears, fun, and outcomes I experience on this journey.

Every journey begins with a single step!
In conjunction with my hourly NeuroMindSHIFT™ I will begin each day with a 5 to 7-minute meditation using the labyrinth.
Why? I will be using the labyrinth to set my daily intentions, rid my mind of the “itty bitty shitty committee” and negativity, tapping into my “gut” and “intuition” for guidance and direction, and lastly, being thankful for even the smallest of blessings.
This journey through the labyrinth can be summed up in 3 steps – Release the negativity on the way to the center of the labyrinth, receive guidance in the center, and returning to the world in thankfulness.
