Elevate Your Mood With Exercise

Today, I want to talk about the importance of physical activity.

Being physically active is one of the most life changing actions that can benefit your physical, mental, and spiritual health and well-being.

Why? Because exercise produces endorphins, which are natural mood enhancers that reduce stress.

Too much to consider adding exercise to your routine?

It’s as simple as strapping on a pair of running shoes and heading down the road…or the block…or turning on the treadmill and staring into space while you tread on.

I personally love yoga! It keeps me loose and stretches my back…where tension is held. It also oxygenates the brain, which is very necessary!

My point? Get off the couch. Push away the laptop! Take the dog for a walk, jump on your old bike and see it’s true that you never forget how to ride.

Don’t make it a chore…make it fun. And your mood will be elevated as your brain and heart say: Thanks!
