My daughter Megan has taken over the posting of my blog and emails. It’s caused us both a wee bit of anxiety and a bit of frustration but change tends to create that. But we haven’t killed each other yet! Lol!
I tend to become frustrated and anxious much faster than Megan. She remains calm even though I am about to explode and so the NeuroMindSHIFT™ techniques save me – and our relationship – often!
