Arrival – Guided Pause

A quiet moment awaits — take a short pause and come back to yourself.

Take a moment before you begin.

Nothing to achieve.
Nothing to perform.
No right way to do this.

Just arrive.

Let your body notice the chair beneath you.
Let your shoulders soften without forcing them.
Let your jaw unclench.

Now gently follow your breath.

Not changing it.
Not deepening it.
Simply noticing it.

Air touching the nostrils.
Chest rising.
Chest falling.

If thoughts rise, let them float across the open sky of your awareness.
No pushing.
No pulling.

Just space.
Just breath.

Stay here for a few breaths.

When you are ready, continue.

The Red Thread Labyrinth Pause

Follow the path slowly.
Let your breathing settle into the rhythm.

If thoughts appear, let them drift past like clouds.
You don’t need to hold them.

Nothing to reach.
Only a gentle returning.

Your Still Point Begins Here

When you are ready, take a few quiet minutes with this week’s Still Point reflection.

The Still Point Circle

If this small pause was meaningful for you, you are warmly invited to continue the journey with the Still Point Circle.

Within the Still Point Circle

Those who join the Still Point Circle are given access to a private page created especially for this community — a quiet place to return to throughout the week.

Each Monday a new reflection is shared there — sometimes a short audio, a brief video, or a written inspiration to begin the week with steadiness and clarity.

Those in the Still Point Circle also receive a monthly Still Point practice in their inbox, along with seasonal reflections throughout the year.

From time to time, the Still Point Circle receives early invitations to gatherings and events, often with reduced registration before they are opened more widely.
